I didn’t want to go to the emergency room but I knew I needed to go somewhere and so I called URBN Dental. I got highly recommended immediate dental care I’ve ever received. From the moment that I walked in, they made me feel like a priority. Julia was really informative in explaining how my insurance worked with an emergency exam and she was able to get right with me. I really had no waiting time. When I met with Dr. Chae, she looked over my X-rays to look for cavities as well as a cracked tooth and she recommended that I get a nightguard which has really made a big difference. My teeth arent is nearly as sensitive now. I was very impressed with my entire visit to URBN Dental Uptown. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an emergency dentist.

I can honestly say I had highly recommended experience at URBN Dental. I am new in town and had a emergency. The staff was able to get me in asap and took very good care of me. Everyone worked as a team to ensure that all my needs were meet. I felt important! I was treated as if I was the only patient in the office. I found my Dental home!

The staff here is extremely friendly and professional. From the very beginning, the staff greeted me with kindness and respect. My paperwork was filled out within 15 minutes and afterwards, the dentist called me back almost immediately.

I am not the biggest fan of the dentist, however this was the BEST dentist experience I have ever had! Everyone was so kind and I got everything I needed done in one visit!
